Kelvin and Dina both reside in Potomac, Maryland and have more than two decades of combined real estate experience in the Washington, DC metropolitan market.

Kelvin has his Juris Doctor and practiced law before transitioning to real estate.  Early in his career he owned his own motorcycle apparel company, which took him around the world.  During the past five years, he focused on real estate development but missed the client interaction and is now focused exclusively on real estate sales.  His legal and entrepreneurial backgrounds, combined with his involvement in development, have made him extremely familiar with the finer points of a deal.  He understands real estate “holistically” and possesses a keen sense for all aspects of a transaction, including contract negotiations and anticipating/dealing with potential issues quickly and efficiently.  Valuing trust above all else, he is very experienced and well respected within the DMV real estate community, and works with home buyers/sellers, and investors alike.

Dina was born in Queens, New York but raised in Rockville, Maryland.  She attended Brown University where she studied biology and economics before beginning a career in the financial services industry.  A passionate at-home cook, she also ran her own Greek foods catering business.  Organized with excellent communication skills, Dina combines her extensive knowledge of Montgomery County with her past personal and professional experiences to make all transactions as seamless as possible. Ingrained with an extremely strong work ethic that was reinforced by her close-knit family, Dina operates with passion and “grit” in all areas of her life.

Kelvin is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and an even prouder father to his middle school-aged son, as well as an insatiable golfer.  Dina has her hands full with two active boys who play ice hockey and is an avid reader.  Both love sports/physical fitness and are devoted Peloton enthusiasts.
